Rac CGB Iron Set (4-PW) with Steel Shaft:

For players seeking power launches, outstanding feel and soaring distance, introduces its brand-new rac CGB ( Center of Gravity Back ) irons. engineers designed these irons with a pull-face constructed out of next-generation custom milled 455 stainless steel for an exceptionally thin club face and improved center of gravity.

To further promote a superb center of gravity, a center of gravity back centralizes the weight further back for easy, powerful launches. Renowned rac technology channels impact technology to all the right areas of the clubhead for a solid feel. For greater distance in the long irons and enhanced control and feel in the short ones, rac CGB irons feature ascending-mass graphite and steel shafts, making the long irons lightweight and the shorter irons heavier.

The rac irons Many irons feel harsh and unpleasant at impact as a result of unmanaged vibration. Through diligent study, engineers developed a solution called rac (relative amplitude coefficient), a technology with the ability to manage impact vibration to dramatically improve feel. How dramatic is the difference in feel delivered by rac technology?

Sergio Garcia felt it and put rac irons in his bag. Among the dozens of other tour pros who ve also made the switch are 2004 US Open champion Retief Goosen, Darren Clarke, and Hale Irwin.

r7 Quad TP 425 Driver:

While the r7 425cc Quad TP driver still features the ultimate in ball flight customization with four weight ports and four removable weight cartridges, the larger size also promotes exceptional forgiveness for longer, straighter shots — even on off-center hits.

A slightly closed clubface alignment is pleasing to the eyes, further increasing confidence and accuracy. This ultra-playable design comes with a RE*AX shaft with Fujikura Biax technology. This Tour-quality graphite design reduces ovaling in the mid-section, allowing the tip to remain flexible to provide maximum stability, consistency and added clubhead speed. Wrench included. A large 425 cc clubhead creates an exceptionally high MOI for forgiveness and long, straight results on off-center hits.

The RE*AX shaft featuring Fujikura Biax technology reduces ovaling in the mid-section and allows the tip to remain flexible for more stability and consistency and added clubhead speed. Ultra-Thin Wall technology promotes extremely thin, yet strong clubhead walls. This allows over 40 grams of weight to be saved, which is then used to create TLC.

TLC technology with four ports and four movable cartridges allows you to change your launch conditions for longer, straighter drives.Movable Weight Technology includes 98 grams of movable weight to choose from: two 2-gram, one 4-gram, two 6-gram, two 8-gram, one 10-gram, two 12-gram and two 14-gram cartridges.

This makes it possible to choose from nine swing weights and 1,230 sets of launch conditions, allowing you to customize your launch condition for straighter and longer drives. Widely spaced TLC ports allow broad CG movement toward the toe or heel. Machine testing indicates shot-shape movement of 11 to 13 yards.

Pull-Face construction permits a light, thin, strong clubface for a high COR that promotes fast ball speed for increased distance.Inverted Cone Technology dramatically expands the portion of the clubface that delivers high COR for consistently longer drives. 1

Golf Driver Reviews – Who is Right?

You will find an incredible amount of information about golf drivers on the internet. Some reviews are financially motivated, and some are not. Here’s how to find the perfect driver for you, no matter who you are.

The technology of materials and golf have come a long way in the last 20 years. If you have not looked for a driver in even 4 or 5 years, you will be amazed at how large and technologically advanced most drivers are today. It can be quite overwhelming if you do not know the basics. By becoming educated, you will be able to pick out the perfect driver for you, and forgo the hype put out by the internet and golf pros, who all want you to buy their driver at the steepest price.

First, and foremost, you must consider the size of the driver. The most common size you will see on the market today is the USGA limit of 460cc of volume. This is a very large clubhead and is a direct response to the large-scale availability of titanium. Titanium is much lighter and stronger than steel, and allows the manufacturer to create in incredibly large clubhead with a very small amount of weight.

The next thing to ponder is the launch angle. This is the angle in which the golf ball takes off from the club at impact. Different golfers have different types of swings, tee-positions, body shapes, etc., and each requires a different launch angle. Usually professional golfers prefer lower loft angles of 9 degrees (or sometimes less) to keep the ball flying low and long. If you’ve been golfing for awhile, you should strongly consider a club with a loft angle between 9 and 11 degrees. If you’re just starting out, you should look at one higher than 11 degrees.

These are just 2 of the many aspects of choosing a driver that you need to take into consideration the next time you go shopping for one. Remember: expensive is not always better.

Discount Golf Clubs VS Branded Golf Clubs

If you are in need of new golf clubs, and you are not quite sure of what kind you want to buy, then it is a good idea to read through this article first before making your decision. With a mere few minutes of reading, we might be able to save you a lot of unnecessary spending.

Everyone on the course is talking about the new model of golf clubs that just came out in the market. If you buy that set, you will most certainly be the envy of your friends, and you will be walking proudly on the golf course, brandishing your luxurious new clubs.

On the other hand, there are several discount golf clubs that are being sold in the golf supplies store. Buying those discount golf clubs will not give you more prestige on the course, but you will definitely be saving a lot of your hard-earned cash.

The novelty of having classy golf clubs will fade in time, and by then, will your game have improved because of the expensive clubs? It’s possible, but to do that, you would have to practice almost everyday. If you are the typical working individual who just likes to golf on the weekends, let’s face it – an expensive golf club will not do much to enhance your game.

Discount golf clubs may not be as impressive, but you can still do a lot with them, especially if you find a set that is quite good. Discount golf clubs are not necessarily substandard. You just have to look with a discriminating eye. You might even find secondhand discount golf clubs that are actually branded.

Many stores will sell you an entire set of discount golf clubs at a price equal to the cost of just one of the more expensive golf clubs. If you’re lucky, the store owner may even give you a golf bag at no additional cost.

Of course, discount golf clubs are not as perfect as those used by professional golfers. But who would really notice? Other golfers on the course will probably not even be interested in what kind of golf clubs you use. The more important thing is how you play, and whether you are having fun on the links.

Unless you are trying for the professional ranks, discount golf clubs will do just fine for your weekend golf sessions. Many recreational golfers are lured into buying expensive golf clubs in the hopes of playing a better game. But you know better. Playing a good game with discount golf clubs is definitely better than executing poor shots with a more recent but inferior model.
