Any golf enthusiast understands the importance of having proper setup and address position before making a swing. Everything must be parallel to your target and you must achieve the right kind of focus before you go and swing your club. If you have problems with your swing, there are lots of golf swing trainers available. They help ensure that everything is in proper order so you can maximize your golf game.

Click Here For The ClubFace Golf Instant Access!

As a golfer, you must understand that you must align your feet, knees, hips, arms, and shoulders with your target. You must learn how to grip the club in such a manner that you do not feel like choking or squeezing something. You will know that you are properly setup once you achieve a balanced position. This simply means that you will not topple over if someone pushes you.

Golf swing trainers will also help you understand the mechanics of the upswing. You must remember that the power of your golf swing largely depends on the torque you are able to create with your body. A proper swing involves a nice shoulder turn and a hinge that will bring your club to the right place. Once you are able to completely wind up your body, you will be able to maximize torque and deliver a complete downswing.

Swing trainers will also help you develop your downswing. During your downswing, you will feel some kind of release in your hips and shoulders. Your wrists will unhinge in a relaxed manner and carry your ball away while your arms go down to impact. You must remember not to decelerate during your downswing as this can negatively affect the accuracy and distance of your golf swing. Do not forget to follow through.

If you want to improve on your golf swing, it is important that you seek help from golf swing trainers. Doing so, you will realize that you already understand the ins and outs of a golf swing which can greatly affect your progress on improving in this game.

The single biggest golf swing tip instructions that golfer’s want the most is in dealing with slicing the golf ball. It’s a problem that 80% – 90% of all golfers face.

Does this sound familiar? You aim way left and hit your tee shot, only to watch it fly way right? How do you go about stopping that dreaded slice? This is exactly what you’re about to learn today. And in doing so you’ll begin to enjoy the game of golf like it is meant to be.

Slicing is caused mainly from these three areas: the swing plane, clubhead path, and the golf grip. It’s not caused by where you are aiming, or even how you’re standing. Once you make the adjustments in these three areas, you’ll put an end to the problem.

First, let’s look at the swing plane. Most golf swing instructions don’t touch on the swing plane, but that is the number reason for slicing the ball.

The swing plane for every golf club will be different. What I mean by that is if you take your driver and your 9-iron out and hold them at the address position, you’ll quickly see that the 9-ron is closer to your body. This means that the swing plane is going to be different for the 9-iron than the driver. The 9-iron will be more upright and feel straighter up and down, while the driver feels flatter.

The cause of most slicing problems is due to golfers swinging the driver on a steeper swing plane like the 9-iron. When you swing the club too steeply, the result is an outside in swing pattern and a slice. The key is to flatten out the swing plane which will create a straighter shot. This will take some practice, but continue to make adjustments and you’ll find the correct swing plane.

If this doesn’t eliminate the problem, then work on the clubhead path. The clubhead path needs to be square as it goes through the impact zone. This may require you to adjust the position of the club in your hands to be a little more to the left. Again, make the adjustments a little at a time while on the range.

Finally, the golf grip may be the reason for slicing. A weak grip inevitably causes the ball to go right. Try strengthening your grip by rolling your hands a little to the right, which causes the “V” to point more to the right of your face. A weak grip is the second most common reason for slices.

Of course, these golf swing tip instructions are not as detailed as they can be. You can find more detailed tips and instructions at the end of this article. With these simple tips and a little practice on the range you should begin noticing improvement immediately.

golf school can be a very expensive commitment for the average person. Only the very elite have the luxury of having a one-on-one coach when we go out to play on the green. How would you like a session of coaching by a professional player or renowned trainer absolutely free? How about having those coaching sessions within the confines of your home? All this is possible through online golf lessons.

Fabulous! This must be your reaction. But hold on, there are still more things that are in store for you if you decide to try this method of instruction. We have always been hearing how the Internet has done great wonders to practically all aspects of our lives. We may just as well include in our long list outdoor sports. The advancement in IT has provided many opportunities in which we can learn to play the sport. What makes this option great is that there is not limit to how often you use a web-based training program free of charge and it is supported with detailed photos and streaming videos.

The only thing that needs to be done is to find the right program that fits your needs and requirements. You can consider the following practical guidelines when searching for the most appropriate coaching program on the web.

Places to start your search

Many reputable sites are out there that offer web-based instruction. You simply do the search using the relevant keywords and you literally will have thousands of choices. However, be forewarned that some of these sites will only lead you to sites that contain advertising totally unrelated to what you are searching.

Go With What You Know

To filter your search and avoid wasting your time with useless sites, look for the known and popular names associated with the sport. Obviously, when you see Tiger Woods on your screen demonstrating his famous address position then you can feel fairly certain you’re on the right track. If it’s important enough for you to want to learn, it is important that you get it from someone whom you can trust.

Be clear with your goals and intentions

The web-based training program is most effective when combined with your regular practice sessions. Be specific about what you are looking for when doing your search on the web. For instance, if you are having trouble learning chicken wing, then you’ll need to perform an advanced search on chicken wing. Using “tips” as your search keyword will not give you any additional information. You have to be very specific as to the kind of tips you want to learn.

Watch Video Streams While You Practice

This is one of the most important aspects of a web-based training program. With streaming video, you can follow along with every step in the program. The streaming video simulates a session on the green and it offers much flexibility by which you can effectively learn all the critical aspects at your own pace.

Golf exercises within a golf fitness program can improve the shoulder turn in your golf swing. The specific type of golf exercises we are talking about are flexibility exercises. This type of golf fitness exercise is the center of your improving a shoulder turn in the golf swing. Interesting when we discuss flexibility and the golf swing the majority of attention is centered upon the lower back, and rightfully so! The area of the lower back and hips are major components in every phase of the golf swing. In the same breath we must remember the golf swing is a “total body” athletic movement requiring flexibility from the upper body as well.

This being said there are absolutely other areas of the body requiring flexibility to execute the golf swing. Research indicates areas of the upper body require flexibility to execute the backswing, downswing, and follow through phases of the swing. If a lack of flexibility exists in the upper body the ability to execute an efficient golf swing will be hampered.

One such area of the upper body requiring flexibility is the shoulder joint. This joint from anatomical perspective is considered a ball and socket joint. As a result this joint has a large amount of mobility within it. The mobility within this joint allows for golfer to complete a full shoulder turn, execute a downswing into impact, and complete a follow through.

If restrictions exist in the shoulder capsule compensations will occur in the golf swing. First and foremost “tightness” in this joint will cause difficulties at address position. Typically you will find golfers with shoulder restrictions unable to place the body in the correct set-up position and they will have a tendency to be in what is termed a “c-posture” where the shoulders are rounded forwarded.

In addition to problems with the address position, shoulder restrictions restrict ranges of motion backswing, create difficulty in squaring the clubface, cause an inability to release the club after impact, and impede the follow through. All of which will lead to difficulties with the golf swing.

To correct joint restrictions in the shoulder capsule we must first look at the muscles surrounding the joint. This would include the superficial muscles of the shoulder such as the deltoids, the rotator cuff, and muscles of the upper back. These are the muscles responsible for facilitating movement in the shoulder joint. In addition if any of these muscles found within these muscle groups are “tight” or “weak” shoulder mobility will be affected.

To correct such problems, increase shoulder mobility, and improve your golf swing. The addition of stretching and strengthening exercises for will be of great benefit. These types of exercises will focus on creating flexibility in the muscles that are commonly “tight” in the shoulder capsule, and develop strength in the ones that are “weak”.

Keep in mind the golf swing is “total body athletic action” requiring strength and flexibility from all the muscles of the body. The process by which we can improve these components of the golf swing is through a golf fitness program which incorporate golf exercises in the form of flexibility training.
